Job summary

SAICOHEALTH in Dubai seeks a Team Leader in Provider Relations to represent the company, empanel new providers, and manage provider relationships across regions. Reporting to the VP Provider Relations, the role supports daily network operations, leads cross-functional projects, and ensures service quality, pricing targets, and smooth onboarding of providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in medical or business field with 7+ years relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Medical Insurance field.
• Medical background or coding certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• NW expansion in the assigned region/ providers.
• Manage existing providers including visits, trainings, and issue resolution.
• Ensure negotiations with providers align with pricing targets, service quality standards and payment terms.
• Review provider performance and utilization.
• Prepare quarterly action plan for managing assigned providers.
• Project-manage to expand SAICOHEALTH network across all regions.
• Track team productivity related to provider management activities.
• Serve as first escalation point for disputes or system bottlenecks across markets.
• Resolve gaps in onboarding or contracting and manage related automation projects.
• Maintain expertise in latest digital platforms and train the team.
• Complete Special Projects within the turnaround time and execute strategic projects.
• Support Price Analysis and Impact Analysis.
