Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a billing professional to join its Dubai-based operations in a fast-paced call center environment. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, validate self-pay status, and educate patients on billing and insurance topics.

Responsibilities include accounts receivable functions, setting up installment plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with Revenue Management to support patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Strong communication and customer retention skills.
• Experience in customer service (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Perform accounts receivable functions including cash collection, account resolution, and discount application.
• Set up and manage monthly installment plans and financial assistance programs.
• Validate self-pay account status and insurance billing.
• Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State Regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure patient satisfaction.
