Job summary

Modon is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee frontline FM services across a site in the UAE. You will ensure hard and soft FM delivery aligns with SLAs, budgets, and quality targets, while coordinating with Design, Projects, Procurement, Finance, and QHSE teams.

You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs without compromising service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• FMP or CFM certification preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• IWFM membership preferred; equivalent accepted.
• FM training and professional certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hard and soft FM services at site per SLAs and budgets.
• Lead site teams, supervise technicians and subcontractors safely and efficiently.
• Plan and manage Opex and Capex budgets under the contract.
• Oversee subcontractors and external service providers for compliance.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects/Delivery, Procurement, Finance, and QHSE.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality.
• Drive efficiency and cost reduction while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain client reporting and timely communications.
• Mentor staff and promote safety and professionalism.
