Nationwide Middle East Properties (NWMEA) in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Senior Property Consultant to bridge owners and buyers/tenants. You will manage a portfolio, identify market opportunities, and guide transactions through to closing.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings for self-driven sales professionals, with full support from the company’s marketing, admin, CRM, and training resources.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written English communication; able to engage clients professionally.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to earn high commissions.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software and listing portals.
• Professional presentation and customer-facing demeanor.
• Proven track record of sales or leasing in UAE real estate.

Aufgaben

• Actively network to generate new leads and build a client database.
• List and market properties for sale or rent with high-quality detail.
• Conduct market analysis and advise on prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for buyers and tenants.
• Mediate negotiations to achieve best price and terms.
• Facilitate closing while ensuring proper documentation under UAE laws (RERA/Abu Dhabi Municipality).
• Maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
