KBH Real Estate Development is seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant / Senior Relationship Manager to join our Ajman real estate team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of UAE real estate experience, strong client relationships, and proven ability to generate leads and close property transactions while building lasting investor partnerships.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience.
• Proven experience in property sales, real estate consultancy, business development, or relationship management.
• Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on residential and commercial property sales and investment opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property owners, and other stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on budget and investment objectives.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in the company CRM.
• Develop understanding of Ajman and the wider UAE real estate market.
• Monitor market trends, property prices, new developments, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and client support.
• Build a professional network and contribute to the company's business development activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of UAE real estate experience, strong client relationship and sales skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, close property transactions, and build long-term relationships with investors, buyers, and tenants.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to generate leads and independently manage client relationships.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Candidates with an existing UAE real estate client network will have an added advantage.
