Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a capable Assistant Manager for Property & Compliance to support the FMA manager in overseeing outsourced services and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment. The role serves the whole bank across all locations, with duties spanning regulatory liaison, licensing, and coordination with security providers.

Qualifications

• Graduate or higher secondary education.
• Computer literate.

• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business/function.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with regulators and authorities for regulatory compliance across bank premises.
• Develop plans and coordinate with concerned parties for security system installation and operation.
• Coordinate and establish contact with Dubai Police and other agencies for trade license renewals.
• Liaise with licensing authorities for trade license renewals for HO/Branches.
• Monitor and manage payments related to regulatory requirements and trade licenses.
• Support other team members in property-related tasks in their absence.
