Job summary

Hill International seeks a Senior Projects Manager for Roads/Utilities/Urban Development in Abu Dhabi. You lead large infrastructure projects, oversee contractors, and coordinate with employers, engineers and consultants to deliver on time, within scope and budget while upholding safety and quality.

Requires a Civil Engineering degree and 20+ years in GCC infrastructure, with 5+ years as PM. PMP/APM certification preferred; English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years’ GCC infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 5 years as Project Manager for roads/utilities/urban development.
• Strong PMC/Construction Supervision, contract administration and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC site delivery/construction team and manage contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with program, design, HSSE, cost and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Employer, Engineer, consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage infrastructure tasks from design through handover.
• Review procurement strategies and implementation.
