Job summary

Hill International is seeking a senior leader to oversee the planning, design, and technical delivery of large infrastructure projects from concept through handover in Abu Dhabi. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate with clients, regulators, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role requires delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards, with a strong focus on risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar).
• 20 years post graduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and technical delivery of major infrastructure projects from concept to handover.
• Provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary design teams.
• Manage contracts with external vendors and contractors.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage risk and resolve issues during project delivery.
• Contribute to strategic plans for the organization.
• Oversee project delivery across planning, procurement, construction and handover to ensure schedule, budget and quality.
