Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience with progressive leadership roles.
• Proven track record as Project Director or senior management.
• Experience delivering multiple complex UAE/GCC projects across varied sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of two ongoing major projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction from concept through handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, risk management, budgets, and timely handover.
