Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Administration Officer - Technical Operations to perform and supervise a wide range of administrative activities, maintain trackers and dashboards, and support reporting for operations and guest experience.

You will lead a small admin team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-up on actions while driving process improvements in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High school plus 3 years work experience or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in office administration with maintaining trackers, dashboards and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of data and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Analyze inquiries and provide first line problem resolution within guidelines.
• Prepare both routine and non-routine reports.
• Maintain data and records with proper archiving.
• Use multiple software applications to deliver work requirements.
• Lead a small team of admin staff.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
