Job summary

Beacon Red in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Specialist Project Planner to own the project schedule across multi-disciplinary programmes. You will coordinate tasks, resources and dependencies with senior project managers, engineers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining integrated schedules, tracking milestones and costs, and presenting reports and what-if scenarios for management. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years’ experience in project planning / scheduling in defence, aerospace, C4ISR or mission-critical environments.
• Preferably experience on defence, military or government technology programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules and track project cost for C4ISR projects.
• Break down work into tasks, durations and dependencies with PMs and engineers.
• Track progress against milestones and critical path; highlight delays and risks early.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and commercial teams to keep timelines realistic.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards and what-if scenarios for management.
• Support change control, resource planning and risk/issue management from a schedule perspective.
