Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience.
• Proven experience in RCM workflows and payer‑provider integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with large system implementations, especially EHR platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery including planning and risk management.
• Manage Agile delivery frameworks and scale processes across teams.
• Translate complex healthcare and RCM requirements into actionable plans.
• Track and report progress using tools like Smartsheet and JIRA.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as a project management expert.

Skills

Project management experience in healthcare technology

Business analysis experience

Stakeholder management skills

Fluent in Arabic

Experience with RCM workflows

Hands-on experience with EHR platforms

Proficiency in project management tools

Familiarity with healthcare data formats

Education

Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline

PMP or equivalent certification preferred
