Job summary

Mace Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned project leader to deliver PMC services across a portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments. You will drive planning, design, procurement and multi-year delivery while coordinating stakeholders to achieve key KPIs and governance standards.

Leading with safety, collaboration and continuous improvement, you will manage budgets, programmes and risk, ensuring quality outcomes. Hybrid work options may be discussed where suitable.

Responsibilities

The project:

Mace is delivering PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments. The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement, and delivery on what is a multi-year assignment.

Leads project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets. Coordinates stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs, while managing teams and ensuring fee expectations, risk mitigation, and change control are met-driving excellence through proactive leadership and collaboration.

You’ll be responsible for:
