Job summary

Mace is delivering PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments in Dubai. The project leadership role focuses on managing planning, design, procurement, and delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

You’ll lead project delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and drive safety, governance, and value creation. The role supports flexible hybrid working and demands strong communication and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project and construction delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Relevant technical qualifications or professional accreditation.
• Sound knowledge of project controls, safety, and sector-specific standards.

Responsibilities

• Embed Mace’s safety-first culture, ensuring HSW compliance while promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and accountable leadership.
• Deliver commission management from inception through completion, ensuring quality, programme and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, risks, and governance, supporting client objectives and sustainable business growth.
• Liaise with client, project, and consultant teams, driving collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise project delivery aligned with the project execution plan and KPIs.
• Manages stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure scope, quality, and programme targets.
• Drives safety, risk mitigation, and change control through collaboration and governance.
• Promotes Mace priorities, leveraging best practices and digital tools for sustainable outcomes.
