Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a Project Manager for Abu-Dhabi, UAE, to lead end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate internal teams and external contractors, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance. The role emphasizes strong communication with stakeholders and proactive risk management.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successful project implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Fluent English (writing & speaking) is a must, Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and oversee all stages of the project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing out projects.
• Identify resources needed to complete projects successfully; assign tasks to internal teams or external contractors as needed.
• Monitor progress against timeline; adjust schedules as needed; ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure all stakeholders (internal/external) are kept informed about progress on a regular basis.
• Manage changes in project scope; identify potential crises; devise contingency plans accordingly.
• Track project performance; provide reports on progress as well as problems & solutions.
• Mentor & support team members; ensure they remain motivated & engaged throughout the duration of the project life cycle.
