Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks a seasoned Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale wet utilities and related works from planning to handover.

You will manage drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, pipelines and roads, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE. GCC experience, strong leadership, and relocation willingness to UAE are required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in major civil infrastructure and wet utilities.
• GCC project experience is mandatory.
• Experience in drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, pipelines, roads.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Excellent leadership, client management and communication.
• Available and willing to relocate to the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall execution from planning through handover.
• Manage projects including drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, pipelines, roads.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, resources, manpower, procurement, and site performance.
• Manage schedules, budgets, variations, claims, risks, and contracts.
• Conduct regular reviews and address delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and authority standards.
• Lead teams to successful testing, commissioning, completion and handover.

• Manage projects involving drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, irrigation, pipelines, roads, and associated infrastructure works.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, resources, manpower, procurement, subcontractors, and overall site performance.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, variations, claims, risks, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions to address delays, cost overruns, and execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and relevant UAE/GCC authority standards.
• Lead project teams and ensure successful testing, commissioning, completion, and final handover of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile
