Confidential is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead site activities for civil infrastructure and wet utilities projects in the UAE. The role requires hands-on supervision, coordination with consultants and authorities, and rigorous adherence to drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of UAE experience in drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, pipelines, and road works, with strong execution skills and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in civil infrastructure/wet utilities projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong experience in drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, pipeline, and road-related civil works.
• Good knowledge of UAE authority requirements, construction drawings, specifications, and site execution.
• Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and project execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities for civil infrastructure and wet utilities projects.
• Execute works related to drainage, sewerage, stormwater, potable water, irrigation, pipelines, and road-related civil works.
• Ensure construction activities meet approved drawings, method statements, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and site progress to meet targets.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, material requirements, and work plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and authority requirements during execution.
• Coordinate inspections and support timely completion and handover.
