Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager- Arabic speaker to lead complex projects for a semi government client in the UAE. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

The role requires 5–8 years of IT/digital transformation project experience, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management. PMP certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP Certification (mandatory or highly preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably IT-enabled or digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be an Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with approved project management methodology and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and ethical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.
