Job summary

Serviceplan Group Middle East seeks an experienced Programme Manager to anchor a high-stakes transformation effort within a major UAE bank. You will manage timelines, risks, and senior client relationships, protecting scope while guiding delivery across business and IT stakeholders.

You will lead governance forums, coordinate across marketing, IT, procurement and C-suite, and ensure disciplined delivery cadences with clear, client-facing artifacts.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of project or programme management in consulting, digital transformation, or agency environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder clients - including senior IT and business leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication - you write clearly and run tight meetings.
• Experience with transformation or technology delivery programmes (MarTech, CRM, AI, or digital a strong plus).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Run the programme plan end-to-end: milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and reporting
• Own the client-facing project governance - status calls, steering committee preparation, and follow-through
• Navigate and align stakeholders from marketing, IT, procurement, and C-suite - often simultaneously
• Protect scope: document change requests clearly, flag commercial implications, and hold the line on agreed boundaries
• Keep internal teams (strategy, design, technology) aligned to one shared delivery cadence
• Produce clean client-facing deliverables: status reports, decision logs, risk registers, milestone tracking

Job description

You will be the operational anchor of a high-stakes transformation programme inside a major UAE bank. Your job is to make sure nothing slips - across timelines, stakeholders, and workstreams - while staying sharp when priorities shift and people push back.

This is not a coordination role. You will manage upwards and across into difficult, senior client stakeholders from both the business and IT side. You will protect scope, flag risks early, and keep the team moving without needing to escalation every decision.
