Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (all disciplines) and have around 6 years of relevant experience, including coordination with consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (all disciplines) is required.
• Typically 6 years of relevant experience in project management and supervision.
• Experience with planning, execution, monitoring, and control of development/investment projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop implementation plans for projects and requirements, feasibility studies, terms of reference, and technical specifications.
• Monitor projects through the PMO system, supervise on-site progress, and inspect work quality.
• Evaluate contractor/consultant performance and ensure compliance with laws, safety, and schedules.
• Review and approve payments and variation orders; audit financial claims.
• Prepare responses to inquiries from consultants, contractors, and internal units.
• Prepare periodic project progress reports with achievements and challenges.
