Job summary

EDGE Group’s PowerTech division seeks a Senior Analyst – Project Management in Abu Dhabi to coordinate and deliver strategic, technical and production projects. You will work with project managers, engineering, operations, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality and business objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Admin, Engineering or related field.
• Engineering background is advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years in project management or PMO or program management.
• Experience across multiple project lifecycle stages.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, tools and governance frameworks.
• Experience with schedules, risk registers, reports and documentation.
• Experience coordinating diverse functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, trackers and timelines.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain and finance.
• Support project managers from initiation to close-out.
• Track progress, identify delays, risks, issues and resource constraints.
• Maintain risk and issue registers; develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Consolidate data and provide analysis on performance and cost variance.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action follow-ups.
• Support budget tracking, cost forecasting and procurement needs.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors and suppliers to deliver projects.
• Ensure documentation, approvals and changes are up-to-date.
• Support governance processes and management reporting.
• Escalate critical risks and ensure effective communication.
• Assist with continuous improvement and lessons learned.
