Job summary

EDGE, a UAE-based propulsion technology leader, seeks a Senior Analyst – Project Management to plan, coordinate and deliver strategic technical and production projects. You will work with engineering, operations, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality compliance across the full lifecycle.

The role demands strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with experience in engineering, manufacturing or high-technology environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project management, coordination, PMO, or related environment.
• Experience across multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, trackers, risk registers, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates.
