Job summary

REMAYA designs and delivers world-class military-grade shooting ranges and provides live-fire training to defense organisations worldwide. Specialist Project links engineering disciplines with project management to align scope, timelines, and documentation, overseeing site execution, validation, and multi-discipline coordination.

The role requires a strong civil and electronics background, 7+ years' experience including UAE exposure, and certification such as CAPM.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 7 years engineering experience, incl. 3 in UAE, site-based.
Solid knowledge of civil construction and electronic systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.
Exposure to PMBOK, Agile or PRINCE2 frameworks.
CAPM or similar certification preferred.
Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.
Arabic speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret project specifications, design drawings, and client requirements.
Coordinate between design, procurement, and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
Support design validation and provide feedback to improve constructability.
Supervise and monitor civil and electronic installation activities on-site.
Prepare weekly site progress reports and maintain comprehensive technical records.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
