Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve monthly schedules for annual preventive maintenance across electromechanical systems.
• Receive corrective maintenance requests and issue work orders via the EMS.
• Schedule monthly unannounced inspections to verify contractor maintenance quality.
• Manage development projects with approved contractors; prepare technical specs.
• Verify and process consultant/contractor payment certificates and disbursement forms.
• Prepare technical reports for site visits and monitoring of maintenance works.
• Adhere to Municipality information security and confidentiality policies.
• Perform any other duties within scope of the role.
