Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Risk Associate to support programme-level risk management, maintain risk registers, run workshops, and produce trend analyses and early-warning reporting across infrastructure and energy projects.

You will monitor mitigations, prepare dashboards, and track emerging risks, with strong analytical and reporting skills and experience in EPC environments. This role offers exposure to a global engineering group and demanding multi-project coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or programme risk management.
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities or EPC projects.
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update programme risk registers.
• Review contractor and consultant risk registers.
• Support risk identification and assessment workshops.
• Monitor mitigation actions and residual risks.
• Prepare risk dashboards and heat maps.
• Track early-warning notices and emerging risks.
• Analyse risk trends across multiple project packages.
• Support quarterly lessons-learned reviews.
• Escalate high-impact risks to programme management.
• Support programme reporting and decision-making.
• Experience in project or programme risk management.
