Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an accomplished Production Optimization specialist to guide technical delivery across subsurface and surface teams. You will promote best practices, develop performance frameworks, and ensure safe, cost-effective execution of optimization programs.

Leading a technical center, you will mentor staff, share knowledge, and coordinate with ADNOC HQ and OPCOs to standardize methods and drive continuous improvement in line with ADNOC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Reservoir/Petroleum/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in petroleum production optimization with senior, specialist experience.
• Strong English communication and cross-discipline collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist Production Optimization guidance across Subsurface and Surface teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to address optimization challenges.
• Develop and promote standard practices, KPIs, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Mentor staff and deliver training to build world-class capabilities.
