Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) Offshore is seeking a seasoned Production Optimization specialist to lead the adoption of advanced methodologies, frameworks and best practices across assets in support of subsurface and surface teams.

You will mentor engineers, develop KPIs, coordinate knowledge sharing, and ensure safe, cost-effective production optimization aligned with ADNOC Offshore standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Reservoir/Petroleum/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 9–10 years in Petroleum production optimization with 5 years in specialist role.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports and participates in the implementation of Technical Center strategy in line with ADNOC Offshore objectives.
• Provides expert advice to asset teams on Production Optimization activities and related studies.
• Designs and implements Production Optimization frameworks to maximize Asset value and ensure safe, cost-effective execution.
• Promotes knowledge sharing and in-house training on Production Optimization across ADNOC Offshore.
