Job summary

ADNOC Offshore is seeking a senior Production Optimization specialist to provide expert guidance to Subsurface and Surface Teams. You will drive technology adoption, develop optimization frameworks and ensure alignment with ADNOC Offshore standards to maximize asset value and mitigate risks.

In this role you will mentor staff, review performance metrics, and coordinate with HQ and OPCOs to share best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Reservoir/Petroleum/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 9–10 years in petroleum production optimization with 5 years in specialist role.
• Strong background in production optimization with subsurface focus.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to design and implement Production Optimization programs.
• Develop performance frameworks and KPIs for Production Optimization.
• Promote knowledge sharing and training across ADNOC Offshore.
• Coordinate with ADNOC HQ/OPCOs to ensure best practices are implemented.
