Qualifications

• 10+ years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in paints industry and high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing large-scale production operations with hundreds of employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production operations for paints and coatings.
• Lead and manage hundreds of employees with manpower planning and development.
• Oversee production planning, capacity, batching, raw materials, filling, packaging, and plant performance.
• Ensure quality, HSE and manufacturing standards; prepare KPIs and reports; coordinate with other departments.
