Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking a Production Manager in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, to oversee planning, scheduling, and team leadership within a paint production setting. This role requires strong quality control and lean manufacturing expertise to drive efficiency and safety.

You will coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and procurement to ensure timely material availability and equipment reliability, while mentoring staff and upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in paint production or related manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in using production software and systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines; conduct inspections and trainings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and Lean Manufacturing; collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment; schedule preventative maintenance.
