Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai invites an experienced Painting Foreman to lead site-based painting and finishing activities on high-profile projects. You will plan, supervise crews, manage resources, and ensure quality and HSE compliance from start to handover.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in painting/fit-out, UAE project experience, and strong leadership with proficient MS Excel skills. Driving license is required for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in painting/fit-out/construction projects.
• UAE/Dubai project experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of painting systems, surface preparation, and finishing.
• Experience in manpower, material, cost, and subcontractor management.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
• UAE driving license mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage painting works from start to completion.
• Supervise painters, foremen, and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and other trades.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, materials, wastage, and project costs.
• Ensure correct surface preparation, paint application, and finishing quality.
• Manage material approvals, inspections, snagging, and handover.
• Prepare progress reports, measurements, and variation claims.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements.
