Job summary

Tanqeeb in United Arab Emirates (Ajman) seeks an experienced production supervisor for lubricant manufacturing. You will develop strategies to streamline operations, monitor the production line, ensure quality and targets are met, and prepare daily plans and batch sheets.

You will lead a team, assign tasks, conduct audits, and report incidents in line with QHSE policies. A degree in engineering and 6–10 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 - 10 years’ experience in a similar position handling lubricant production in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience in Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team toward common goals.
• Strong technical skills in production processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Monitor the production line to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards and production targets within the given timeframe.
• Prepare daily filling & blending plans, schedules & execution.
• Make production operator check sheets & blending batch sheets.
• Schedule, assign tasks, supervise production workers and oversee the production process.
• Participate in investigation and analysis of incidents as required.
• Conduct regular audits and walk around to review potential losses.
• Report near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to the line Manager within required timeframes.
