Parker Connect is hiring a Production Engineer in Dubai for a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will manage job packs, contracts, and vendor coordination from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality and timely fulfillment of projects.

Key responsibilities include contract reviews, PO management, and client communications. The role requires strong documentation, coordination with suppliers, and attention to accuracy within production processes.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in production engineering or a similar role.
• Strong ability to manage documentation, POs, and contracts.
• Excellent vendor coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in quality assurance and compliance.
• Proven ability to track timelines and update clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain job packs including POs, contracts, delivery notes, invoices, and customer copies.
• Assist in preparing formal delivery notes for completed parts.
• Conduct contract reviews ensuring product and system requirements are addressed.
• File and maintain job documentation for compliance and easy access.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain work scopes for projects and procurement.
• Create and manage subcontract POs, ensuring timely closure of jobs.
• Follow up with subcontractors and monitor progress with records.
• Ensure product and process quality meet specifications.
• Scan and file quality inspection docs for completed/delivered jobs.
• Collaborate with sales to address queries during booking.
• Provide accurate timelines and updates to clients on progress and delivery.
