Job summary
Capital.com seeks a Senior Product Owner to drive the Financial Investigation Unit, expanding into new markets with AI-powered case management. You will own the roadmap for investigation case management and customer offboarding, shaping workflows and escalation paths with investigators, Compliance, Operations and Engineering.
You will lead AI-enabled automation to assemble evidence, maintain traceability, and ensure decisions are implemented in reliable workflows.
Qualifications
- End-to-end product ownership experience at senior level.
- Strong financial crime investigations, AML, fraud, or offboarding experience.
- Experience building workflow/case-management products for operational users.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise the roadmap for financial investigation case management and customer offboarding.
- Translate investigator needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria; design workflows.
- Lead AI/automation development to assemble evidence and support analysis.
- Ensure complete, auditable case records with proper access controls and handovers.
