You will define the platform vision, own the strategic roadmap and coordinate cross-functional delivery across core banking, architecture, and digital channels.

You will promote modular banking capabilities, reusable APIs and AI-enabled productivity while ensuring governance and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional experience in banking technology or platform product management.
• Experience on a large core banking transformation programme.
• Knowledge of banking products, services and business domains.
• Understanding of API-led integration architectures and Lean Core principles.
• Familiarity with modern product management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision for banking platform capabilities within the core banking transformation programme.
• Develop and maintain a strategic platform product roadmap.
• Align product priorities with core banking transformation objectives.
• Identify opportunities to develop modular and reusable banking capabilities.
• Apply Lean Core principles to support platform product decisions.
• Establish clear priorities for platform development and capability delivery.
• Communicate platform direction and product priorities to stakeholders.
• Own and manage complex platform product backlogs.
• Prioritise development activities according to business requirements and dependencies.
• Coordinate backlog refinement with business and technology teams.
• Promote modular banking capabilities and reusable APIs.
• Coordinate requirements for shared banking capabilities across teams.
• Support alignment between platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
• Identify opportunities to increase API adoption and reuse.
• Establish measures to evaluate API utilisation and capability reuse.
