Job summary

SBS is seeking an AI Product Owner to own the DE AI use-case backlog from concept to production, serving as the single interface between the DE product squads, SBS AI Platform, and DE Engineering.

You will translate use cases into engineering-ready specs, define metrics and guardrails, and drive post-launch feedback loops for adoption and quality across DBS, OB and Premium AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership / product engineering, ideally 1–2 on AI or ML-powered products.
• Hands-on with LLMs, experience with RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation frameworks and guardrail design.
• Banking / financial services domain knowledge (DB, OB and Premium AI preferred).
• Strong backlog discipline and written specs; comfortable with probabilistic systems and trade-offs.
