Job summary

You will drive the development and growth of its retail financial products, spanning strategy, development, launch and ongoing optimisation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate market trends into product roadmaps, and deliver customer-centric digital products across deposits, lending or payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record delivering retail financial products.
• Experience delivering customer-centric digital products and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and development through to launch and optimisation.
• Drive product innovation, digital transformation and customer experience improvements.
• Work closely with technology, digital, risk and commercial teams to deliver new products and enhancements.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
