Job summary

Amazon UAE in Dubai seeks a Senior Product Manager – Payments Controls to own the strategy, roadmap, and scalable controls ensuring accurate processor fees, auditable records, and compliance across emerging markets.

You will partner with engineering, finance, accounting, legal, and operations to translate complex regulatory requirements into reliable product capabilities, driving efficiency and financial integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years in product management, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
Experience delivering products from concept through launch and optimization.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automated payments controllership and compliance.
Develop multi-year product plans aligned with financial, customer, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Lead the product across engineering and business teams as single-threaded owner.
Align finance, accounting, legal, compliance, risk, operations, and tech around priorities.
Expand reconciliation coverage across processors, networks, markets, and fee categories.
Define automated fee reconciliation, accruals, and reporting processes.
Build controls for real-time or near real-time fee validation.
