Xpand Group is seeking a technically strong Product Manager to own an end-to-end trading experience across APIs, GUI, and voice/chat channels for an institutional OTC trading business.

This role collaborates closely with Markets, Engineering, Treasury, Compliance and external partners to build and scale trading infrastructure across multiple regulated entities and jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management or technical delivery experience in trading, FX, payments, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and settlement workflows.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and complex integrations.
• Ability to translate trading requirements into clear specifications.

• Own the product roadmap translating trading desk requirements into specifications and delivery plans.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery across API, GUI and voice/chat trading channels.
• Manage integrations with liquidity providers, banking partners, custody providers and order management systems.
• Oversee the trade lifecycle, from pricing to settlement and ledger reconciliation.
• Partner with Engineering on REST APIs, WebSocket streaming and event-driven systems.
• Work closely with Compliance and Legal to embed regulatory requirements, client onboarding controls and reporting into the product.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful testing, integration and go-live.

My client is building a new institutional OTC trading business and is looking for a technically strong Product Manager to help deliver an end-to-end trading experience across APIs, digital platforms and voice/chat channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Markets, Engineering, Treasury, Compliance and external partners to build and scale institutional trading infrastructure across multiple regulated entities and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap, translating trading desk requirements into clear specifications, priorities and delivery plans.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery across API, GUI and voice/chat trading channels.
• Manage integrations with liquidity providers, banking partners, custody providers and order management systems.
• Oversee the trade lifecycle, from pricing and execution through hedging, settlement and ledger reconciliation.
• Partner with Engineering on REST APIs, WebSocket streaming and event-driven systems.
• Work closely with Compliance and Legal to embed regulatory requirements, client onboarding controls and reporting into the product.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful testing, integration and go-live.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or technical delivery within trading, FX, payments or digital asset infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, event-driven architecture and settlement workflows.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors and delivering complex technical integrations.
• Ability to translate business and trading requirements into clear product specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Markets, Engineering, Treasury, Compliance and Operations.

Highly desirable:

• Experience with OTC trading models, including RFQ and RFS.
• Knowledge of stablecoin settlement and institutional digital asset infrastructure.
• Familiarity with institutional KYC/AML requirements.
