Job summary

GSS Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to lead end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of high-frequency trading platforms. You will ensure seamless integration with global markets and maintain ultra-low latency, real-time data streaming, and robust system stability.

Responsibilities include deploying TradeNet modules, building full-stack features with Node.js/React.js, managing FIX connectivity, and collaborating with Product and QA to align solutions with trade

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with TradeNet and trading platforms.
• Proficient in Node.js, React.js, and Java.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with messaging middleware such as Apache ActiveMQ, Kafka, or JBoss.
• Strong understanding of FIX Protocol, SWIFT integration, and STP (Straight-Through Processing).
• Solid grasp of Capital Markets (Equities, Derivatives) and Global Wealth Management flows.

• Lead the deployment and configuration of TradeNet modules (OEMS, Data Streamer, Middle & Back Office).
• Design and build scalable full-stack features using Node.js and React.js to enhance the trading experience.
• Manage and optimize FIX protocol integrations and direct market access (DMA) links.
• Ensure ultra-low latency for high-volume transactions and real-time data streaming.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and QA to align technical solutions with front-to-back trade lifecycle requirements.
• Investigate root causes of platform issues and implement long-term stability fixes.

• Market Connectivity:Manage and optimize FIX protocol integrations and direct market access (DMA) links.
• Performance Tuning:Ensure ultra-low latency for high-volume transactions and real-time data streaming.
• Collaboration:Work closely with Product Managers and QA to align technical solutions with front-to-back trade lifecycle requirements.
• Support & Maintenance:Investigate root causes of platform issues and implement long-term stability fixes.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Core Technology:Hands-on experience withTradeNet (mandatory) and trading platforms.
• Development:Proficient inNode.js, React.js, and Java.
• Database:Advanced knowledge ofOracle PL/SQLor PostgreSQL.
• Messaging/Middleware:Experience with Apache ActiveMQ, Kafka, or JBoss.
• Protocols:Strong understanding ofFIX Protocol, SWIFT integration, and STP (Straight-Through Processing).
• Domain Knowledge:Solid grasp of Capital Markets (Equities, Derivatives) and Global Wealth Management flows.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM or equivalent).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Cloud-native engineering (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
