Job summary

Bakkt LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the OTC trading desk initiatives across API, GUI and voice/chat channels. Responsibilities

• Act as technical product owner for LP and bank integrations, through testing and go-live.
• Work with Compliance and Legal to build requirements into product controls and onboarding flows.
• Maintain current roadmap and delivery status for Markets and leadership.

Bakkt is building an institutional OTC trading business. We are looking for a product manager to work with the Markets team and engineering to deliver a full OTC trading experience for our clients across API, GUI and voice/chat. You will turn the desk's requirements into a sequenced roadmap and get it delivered: with our own engineers where we build, and with external vendors and partners where we don't. The desk operates across more than one regulated Bakkt entity, so you will work across jurisdictions, banking partners and liquidity providers from day one.

What you will do

• Turn Markets requirements into clear product specs, priorities and a delivery plan across client channels: API (REST and WebSocket streaming), GUI, and voice/chat.
• Run delivery with internal engineering, and with external vendors and partners: liquidity providers, banking partners, custody, OMS and build partners.
• Own the product side of the trade lifecycle, from quote and execution through hedge, settlement and ledger, working with Treasury and Operations.
• Act as technical product owner for LP and bank integrations, through testing and go-live.
• Work with Compliance and Legal to build their requirements into product controls, client onboarding flows and reporting.
• Keep one current roadmap and delivery status for Markets and leadership.

What you bring

• 5+ years in product management or technical delivery in trading, FX, payments or digital asset infrastructure.
• Hands-on comfort with APIs (REST, WebSocket), event-driven systems and settlement flows; able to work through integration issues with engineers.
• A record of managing third-party vendors and integrations to a deadline.
• Clear written specs, and the ability to align Markets, Engineering, Compliance and Treasury on one plan.

Strong plus: knowledge of OTC execution models (RFQ, RFS, riskless principal), stablecoin settlement, and KYC/AML requirements for institutional clients.
