Job summary
Aldar Academies seeks a Product Manager to own digital products within its Digital Engineering portfolio, from concept to planning, development, testing and launch. You will drive adoption and retention, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operations across Smart Cities, Digital Twin, smart building systems and IoT/OT platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, engineering or similar field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with real estate, immersive experiences, digital twins, and smart cities.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap to drive YoY growth.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market campaigns.
- Work with Development and Design to execute the product vision.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, system integrators to meet scope and timelines.
- Use market and UX research to beat competitors.
- Measure success using BI tools and town hall presentations.
- Coordinate with BIM and GIS teams for Digital Twin data use.
- Ensure bug-free releases on time and budget.
