WE ARE HIRING: Senior Developer & Project Manager – Digital Twin

This is a hybrid technical leadership role. You must have hands‑on software development experience AND proven experience executing Digital Twin projects.

• Pure project managers with no coding background will be rejected.
• Developers with no Digital Twin experience will be rejected.

The Role

We are looking for a heavy‑hitting technologist who can bridge the gap between code and client. You will lead Digital Twin initiatives from technical architecture through to hands‑on implementation, managing developers, 3D teams, and vendors while presenting solutions directly to senior stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Lead Digital Twin projects spanning Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, IoT, BMS, and AI Analytics.
• Design solution architecture, integration strategies, and project blueprints.
• Stay hands‑on in the code, troubleshooting complex integration or AI/ML bottlenecks.
• Manage cross‑functional teams (3D, AI, API, infrastructure) and coordinate third‑party vendor integrations.
• Lead customer workshops, technical demonstrations, and handover processes.

Technical Profile Required

You must possess a strong hands‑on development background with deep expertise in either Backend Architecture or AI/ML (or both):

• Backend & Integration: Extensive experience with REST APIs, middleware, database architecture, real‑time data pipelines, and linking Digital Twin platforms with external enterprise systems.
• AI & Data Analytics: Proven ability in Computer Vision, LLM/Generative AI integration, predictive modeling, and building AI APIs within operational environments.
• Digital Twin Ecosystems: Practical exposure to 3D Digital Twins, IoT, Smart Buildings/Cities, Facilities Management, or Command & Control Platforms.

Bonus Points If You Have

Exposure to Unreal Engine, Unity, NVIDIA Omniverse, Azure Digital Twins, or AWS IoT TwinMaker.
