Job summary

NEXT Ventures seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape product strategy across our fintech ecosystem, including proprietary trading, payment solutions and mobile app experiences. You will translate customer and business needs into clear priorities and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused products.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle, manage backlogs, and drive API integrations with trading platforms, CRM and back-office systems while improving onboarding

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, technology, or digital-first environments.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmaps and strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day feature delivery.
• Strong expertise in prop trading, payments, or mobile app UX.
• Analytical mindset using data, insights and market research to guide decisions.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, databases and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Prioritize backlog with clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA and Operations for high-quality delivery.
• Oversee integrations across trading platforms, CRM, client portals and back-office systems.
• Improve onboarding, KYC, account opening, deposits, withdrawals and IB operations.
• Lead internal rollouts, stakeholder alignment and training.
