Job summary

Crypto.com in Dubai is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Trading to own trading products on the Crypto.com App end-to-end. You will drive the roadmap for perpetuals, spot, and adjacent markets, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management.

You will ship features that traders feel daily and influence growth at global scale. You will run the roadmap with independence within Trading's priorities, define experiences, run user studies, and balance speed, depth, and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

Crypto and/or perpetuals experience shipping trading products at scale.
End-to-end ownership of customer-facing products through launch and GTM.
Data-informed, user-obsessed prioritization and roadmap.
Cross-functional leadership spanning design, eng, GTM, and compliance.
AI-native workflow using tools with human-in-the-loop judgment.

Responsibilities

Own the Trading roadmap with milestones and priority decisions.
Define and ship trading experiences, write specs, run user studies, and sign off.
Observe traders to understand behavior and risks beyond stated asks.
Balance speed vs. depth, clarity vs. power-user needs, and compliance constraints.
Drive market clarity; conduct research guiding next bets.
Represent Trading in cross-functional forums; align teams.
Own a defined slice from inception to post-launch iteration.
