Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in trading technology, electronic trading, brokerage, capital markets or fintech.
• Significant experience leading products or technology platforms within an online brokerage, trading platform or financial markets organization.
• Strong knowledge of MT4 and/or MT5, FIX connectivity, APIs and trading middleware.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the trading platforms and ecosystem.
• Lead engineering delivery, release planning and production deployment of platform changes.
• Coordinate across Trading, Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance to align priorities.
• Ensure platform architecture supports high-volume, low-latency trading environments.
