As the Senior Manager for Digital Banking Products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of an ambitious FinTech organization building innovative financial services solutions from the ground up. • Define and execute the product strategy for digital banking and financial services products.

• Overall professional experience of 12–15 years within financial services or technology‑driven environments.
• Proven experience building and scaling digital financial products from concept through market growth.
• Strong experience across payments, cards, lending, deposits, digital onboarding, wallets, or embedded finance solutions.
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, product roadmaps, business cases, and commercialization plans.
• Experience launching 0‑to‑1 digital products and scaling them successfully.
• Strong understanding of product economics, customer lifecycle management, and portfolio profitability.
• Deep knowledge of banking technology ecosystems, APIs, payment rails, core banking platforms, and third‑party integrations.
