Job summary

Property Finder is seeking a senior Product leader to own a full business line with direct revenue accountability. You will drive strategy, pricing, GTM, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Legal and Engineering to deliver measurable business value.

You will prototype with AI, lead a small squad, and own delivery and outcomes across multiple markets. The role requires 6+ years of product experience, proven revenue ownership, and a hands-on, market-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product experience, including at least two years owning a product or business line with direct revenue accountability.
• Proven 0–1 experience: launched a product, market or new business line from ambiguity to first revenue.
• AI-native approach to product building, using AI for prototyping, analysis and automation.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including funnel economics, unit economics and pricing; SQL capable.
• Hands-on commercial experience: pricing, selling or taking products to customers.
• Mentoring track record: elevating other Product people and hiring strong talent.
• Dubai-based or open to relocation for a hands-on, client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Own a business line with end-to-end ownership and measurable commercial outcomes; set strategy and roadmap.
• Drive commercial impact by owning revenue, pricing and packaging; collaborate with Commercial and clients for value creation.
• Lead go-to-market end-to-end, defining target customers and managing GTM across pricing, pilots, sales enablement and marketing.
• Build and prototype with AI using tools to validate ideas before allocating engineering resources.
• Run the squad and deliver: set priorities, unblock dependencies and manage timelines.
• Own the numbers: define key metrics and ensure accuracy of data used to measure performance.
• Drive market expansion by analyzing opportunities across markets and aligning with regulations and economics.
• Raise the product bar: mentor teammates and raise overall product thinking.
