Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an accomplished product leader to own the vision, strategy, and portfolio across FinTech/PropTech platforms. You will drive cross-functional alignment with the CEO, tech, finance, and operations to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires steering multi-product portfolios, building high-performing teams, and advancing AI-enabled product practices to realise revenue and growth outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across Product Management, Digital Product or related disciplines.
• 6-8+ years in senior product leadership roles such as Head of Product, VP Product, Group Product Director or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in PropTech and/or FinTech, ideally within a scaling or technology-led business.
• Proven experience leading multiple products/platforms and enterprise-scale portfolios from strategy through to measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall product vision, strategy and portfolio roadmap, aligned with business and customer objectives.
• Lead prioritisation and investment decisions across multiple products and platforms, balancing customer value, commercial impact, capacity and risk.
• Establish clear product KPIs, success metrics and value-realisation frameworks.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing Product organisation, including hiring, coaching, succession planning and operating model development.
• Set high standards for product discovery, delivery, governance and lifecycle management.
• Partner closely with the CEO, Technology, Finance, Operations and other senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Own product business cases, ROI thinking, budgets and third-party product/vendor spend.
• Identify opportunities to use AI across product discovery, development, decision-making and product experiences.
• Establish AI-enabled product practices, including evaluation, governance, human-in-the-loop controls and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Represent Product at executive level and with strategic customers, partners and vendors.

What We're Looking For
