Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Product for a client in Abu Dhabi to own the product vision, strategy and portfolio, directing a high‑performing product function and driving enterprise‑scale outcomes with AI.

You will partner with the CEO and senior stakeholders to shape strategy, build the team, establish KPIs and governance, and ensure ROI‑driven decisions across multiple products and platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management or related disciplines.
• 6-8+ years in senior product leadership roles (Head of Product, VP Product, etc).
• 5+ years in PropTech and/or FinTech, ideally in scaling or tech-led businesses.
• Proven experience leading multiple products and enterprise-scale portfolios.
• Strong track record building and developing Product teams and operating models.
• Strong commercial understanding of ROI, business cases and value realisation.
• Strong understanding of AI and its application to modern product organisations.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

My client is looking for an experienced Head of Product to own the company's product vision, strategy and portfolio, translating business priorities into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can build and lead a high-performing Product function, drive enterprise-scale product strategy and delivery, and help the organisation evolve its products and ways of working through AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall product vision, strategy and portfolio roadmap, aligned with business and customer objectives.
• Lead prioritisation and investment decisions across multiple products and platforms, balancing customer value, commercial impact, capacity and risk.
• Establish clear product KPIs, success metrics and value-realisation frameworks.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing Product organisation, including hiring, coaching, succession planning and operating model development.
• Set high standards for product discovery, delivery, governance and lifecycle management.
• Partner closely with the CEO, Technology, Finance, Operations and other senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Own product business cases, ROI thinking, budgets and third-party product/vendor spend.
• Identify opportunities to use AI across product discovery, development, decision-making and product experiences.
• Establish AI-enabled product practices, including evaluation, governance, human-in-the-loop controls and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Represent Product at executive level and with strategic customers, partners and vendors.

What We're Looking For

15+ years of experience across Product Management, Digital Product or related disciplines.

6-8+ years in senior product leadership roles such as Head of Product, VP Product, Group Product Director or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in PropTech and/or FinTech, ideally within a scaling or technology-led business.

Proven experience leading multiple products/platforms and enterprise-scale portfolios from strategy through to measurable value.

Strong track record of building and developing Product teams and establishing effective product operating models.

Strong commercial understanding across business cases, investment decisions, ROI and value realisation.

Strong understanding of AI and its application to modern product organisations.

Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Strategic thinker who is also comfortable getting into the detail when required.

High level of ownership, decisiveness and accountability, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Ideal Background
